Deprecate ListPreparedStatementSetter in favor of ArgumentPreparedStatementSetter

ListPreparedStatementSetter is almost a duplicate of
ArgumentPreparedStatementSetter except that it accepts a List of
arguments instead of an array of arguments.

Resolves BATCH-2796
