Rename modules.

Rename geode-spring-boot to spring-geode.

Rename geode-spring-boot-autoconfigure to spring-geode-autoconfigure.

Rename geode-spring-boot-starter to spring-geode-starter.

Rename gemfire-spring-boot-starter to spring-gemfire-starter.

Resolves GitHub Issue #6.
