34a69aa159 Refactor logging dependencies for SBDG Starters Gradle build files. 
Remove the exclude on 'org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-to-slf4j'.

Add an exclude on 'org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-core'.

Resolves gh-42.
