c218795e8d Refactor logging dependencies in SBDG Module Gradle build files. 
Remove the exclude for 'org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-to-slf4j'.

Add an exclude for 'org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-core'.

Resolves gh-42.
