Update FaviconConfiguration to allow favicon.ico files to be resolved from static resource folders (/META-INF/resources, /resources, /static, /public) in addition to the root classpath. Phillip Webb	a95494fe61	Remove '/resources/**' mapping and default servlet ... Remove '/resources/**' mapping since it can cause problems with the '/**' when the developer defines their own 'resources' sub-folder.
