Andy Wilkinson 0f52bbc560 Stop using ConfigureUtil in BomExtension ...

While we're building with Gradle 6.9 at the moment and ConfigureUtil
has only been deprecated in Gradle 7.1, it doesn't do any harm to
stop using it now.
