Switch `model.markAsSkipped` to `model.deepMarkAsSkipped` in
`SpringProfileModelHandler`.
Although the current call doesn't appear to be causing issues,
it seems best to align our <springProfile> support with the way
that Logback implements its own `<if>` support.
