Phillip Webb b1c689b9b2 Unify WebServerFactory implementations ...

Unify common for from the abstract `ServletWebServerFactory` and
`ReactiveWebServerFactory` classes. Common code is now located in
`AbstractConfigurableWebServerFactory`.
