Andy Wilkinson db6e9a7a5f Start building against Spring Batch 5.0 snapshots 
This commit adapts to some changes in Spring Batch 5.0:

- A DataSource bean is now required by Batch
- A PlatformTransactionManager bean is no longer defined by Batch
