#126 - Upgraded to Asciidoctor 1.5.2 to get rid off Docbook.

Removed Docbook based PDF generation and set up ASciidoctor to render PDFs and EPUB. Updated README to reflect current state of functionality.

Introduced special ci profile to archive JavaDoc.

This allows releasing without the distribute profile being active as this causes issues on multi-module projects.

Adapted assembly and Wagon plugin to automate distribution upload.

Predefined necessary properties. Declared Wagon plugin to upload static resources and schemas. Declared additional ant run execution to upload distribution ZIP to S3. Disable standard deploy plugin. Updated read me accordingly.
