b735dfe351 #246 - Prepared branch for 2.0 development. 
Pulled up version number to 2.0 snapshots. Upgraded compiler source level to Java 8. Removed Bundlor. Added version placeholder for Reactor and Spring Reactive. Upgraded to Spring Framework 4.2.6 and Spring HATEOAS 0.20. Coined release train name Kay.

4e4226da8e #212 - Tweak Artifactory Maven plugin to make it easy for sub-projects to use. 
Individual projects need to declare a Maven profile named release and declare the Artifactory Maven plugin for it. Configuration is then pulled into the project from the parent pom.

9aabae9116 #212 - Removed obsolete explicit properties for Artifactory plugin. 
Switched to using system properties to configure the Artifactory Maven plugin directly to avoid having to configure explicit properties.

7a92a11e81 #65 - Added stub module for JDK 8 types. 
Added a build module to contain an abbreviated version of JDK 8's Optional to be able to add support for it as query method result in Spring Data Commons.

Client modules should refer to it with a provided scope to make sure it's not leaking into the user's projects classpath.
