Upgraded to Asciidoctor 1.5.0 Maven plugin. Disable the use of the custom stylesheet to benefit from the improved styles used in the new Asciidoctor version.

Removed the creation of the chunked HTML output via the Docbook plugin to prevent it overriding the Asciidoctor output.
