Removed the declaration of the Spring Boot Maven plugin in the root POM as it broke the build for package and install goals for projects that don't actually contain a main class but tests only. Declared the plugin at the root POM for Spring Data REST related projects as these are the only ones providing a standalone runnable app. Related pull request: #30.
