John Blum 015b25f117 Merged pull request #29 from dturanski/SGF-194, fixing JIRA issue SGF-194 involving nested Regions (GemFire Sub-Regions). Performed post pull request cleanup based on code review. Added the setHostnameForClients method without the @Override annotation to the StubGatewayReceiverFactory test object based on the latest 7.0.1 GemFire artifact.
