DATAJPA-1512 - URL Cleanup.

This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener).

# HTTP URLs that Could Not Be Fixed
These URLs were unable to be fixed. Please review them to see if they can be manually resolved.

* [ ] http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr18/ (200) with 1 occurrences could not be migrated:
   ([https](https://www.unicode.org/reports/tr18/) result SSLProtocolException).

# Fixed URLs

## Fixed But Review Recommended
These URLs were fixed, but the https status was not OK. However, the https status was the same as the http request or http redirected to an https URL, so they were migrated. Your review is recommended.

* [ ] http://www.codesmell.org/blog/2008/12/hibernate-hsql-native-queries-and-booleans/ (UnknownHostException) with 2 occurrences migrated to:

## Fixed Success
These URLs were switched to an https URL with a 2xx status. While the status was successful, your review is still recommended.

Without such a Version-property Spring Data JPA inspects the identifier property of the given entity.
If the identifier property is `null`, then the entity is assumed to be new.
Otherwise, it is assumed to be not new.
* Implementing `Persistable`: If an entity implements `Persistable`, Spring Data JPA delegates the new detection to the `isNew(…)` method of the entity. See the link:$$http://docs.spring.io/spring-data/data-commons/docs/current/api/index.html?org/springframework/data/domain/Persistable.html$$[JavaDoc] for details.
* Implementing `EntityInformation`: You can customize the `EntityInformation` abstraction used in the `SimpleJpaRepository` implementation by creating a subclass of `JpaRepositoryFactory` and overriding the `getEntityInformation(…)` method accordingly. You then have to register the custom implementation of `JpaRepositoryFactory` as a Spring bean. Note that this should be rarely necessary.
