eccfd2b83d DATAJPA-1512 - URL Cleanup. 
This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener).

c41060e9a6 DATAJPA-785 - Adapted test cases to build against Hibernate 5 GA.

85048aaa1d DATAJPA-703 - Added build profile for Hibernate 5. 
Disabled outdated Travis build profiles for Spring 4.0 and 4.1. Upgraded profiles for Hibernate 4.2 and 4.3 to the most recent releases.

Fixed stored procedure integration test to really run on EclipseLink for the EclipseLink specific tests. Added workaround for EclipseLink using invalid syntax (see [0]).

f89864b11a DATAJPA-698 - Upgraded to EclipseLink 2.5.2. 
Slightly refactored general infrastructure integration tests to make sure they're executed during the build. Added neccesary ignores to prevent the test cases from running into spec violations.

3ca07ab63e DATAJPA-655 - Added AttributeConverters for ThreeTen backport library. 
We now ship JPA 2.1 AttributeConverters for the ThreeTen back port library [0] similarly to the one we provide for JSR-310.

4a7d821259 DATAJPA-602 - Upgraded AspectJ plugin to 1.6. 
Upgraded to Maven AspectJ plugin in version 1.6 and set it up to use the aop.xml already contained in the project. This allows building the project against Spring 4.1 snapshots.

2db3b9b5df DATAJPA-506 - Re-enabled query method invocation with wrapper type results. 
The custom handling for Blobs applies to strict conversion as it uses the simple method return type to decide whether to trigger a conversion. It now rather uses the returned domain type which automatically unwraps wrapper types like Guava's Optional.

Applied some polishing to the ConversionService setup in JpaQueryExecution to make more obvious that it's only mean to execute very specific conversions.

Added Guava as test dependency and explicit dependency for the Mysema APT plugin as the test scope only would make it invisible for the plugin.
