Oliver Gierke 5c906ce73c DATAJPA-622 - Polishing. 
Renamed CustomAbstractPersistableIntergrationTests to AbstractPersistableIntergrationTests. Reordered declarations in persistence(2).xml to make sure we retain alphabetic sorting.
