Add default implementation of JredisPool

Browse Source 
- Add DefaultJredisPool to pool JRedis connections

- Prevent returning the same resource to the pool
multiple times on JredisConnection close

- Fixes DATAREDIS-154 previous JRedis pool left
broken connections in the pool
