DATAJDBC-178 - Polishing.

Renamed MyBatisNamingStrategy into NamespaceStrategy.
This avoids the confusion with the existing NamingStrategy.

Introduced a default instance.
Added a method creating a proper DataAccessStrategy with a NamespaceStrategy.

JavaDoc.
