Allow setting WSDL document as a Resource

Browse Source 
Prior to this change, LocalJaxWsServiceFactory allowed specifying a WSDL
document URL. Now users may also specify a WSDL document represented as
a Spring Resource object for convenience.

Issue: SPR-9909
