Allow <jdbc:embedded-database> to be declared w/o id

This commit modifies EmbeddedDatabaseBeanDefinitionParser so that the
<jdbc:embedded-database> XML namespace element can be declared as an
anonymous bean (i.e., without an explicit ID).

Issue: SPR-12834
