General upgrade to Jakarta EE 11 APIs

Includes removal of ManagedBean and javax.annotation legacy support.
Includes AbstractJson(Http)MessageConverter revision for Yasson 3.0.
Includes initial Hibernate ORM 7.0 upgrade.
