Auto-unwrap SessionFactoryBuilder-created proxies

SessionFactory proxies created by (Annotation)SessionFactoryBuilder now
implement InfrastructureProxy to ensure they are automatically unwrapped
for transaction resource management purposes.

Issue: SPR-8492
