be7fa3aaa8 Introduce PartEvent 
This commit introduces the PartEvent API. PartEvents are either
- FormPartEvents, representing a form field, or
- FilePartEvents, representing a file upload.

The PartEventHttpMessageReader is a HttpMessageReader that splits
multipart data into a stream of PartEvents. Form fields generate one
FormPartEvent; file uploads produce at least one FilePartEvent. The last
element that makes up a particular part will have isLast set to true.

The PartEventHttpMessageWriter is a HttpMessageWriter that writes a
Publisher<PartEvent> to a outgoing HTTP message. This writer is
particularly useful for relaying a multipart request on the server.

0416168d0e Fix bug in max header calculation in DefaultPartHttpMessageReader 
This commit fixes a bug in the DefaultPartHttpMessageReader, in the
check for exceeding the maximum header size. Before this commit, the
entire buffer size was considered, thus triggering an exception even
though the max header limit was not exceeded. After this commit, we only
consider the size up until the end-of-header mark (CRLFCRLF).

Furthermore, this commit increases the default maximum header size to
10k, the same default as Commons File upload.

d83fb09914 Change header encoding to UTF8 in DefaultPartHttpMessageReader 
This commit changes the encoding used to parse multipart headers from
ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8, in accordance with RFC 7578.

7bee3d1574 Optimize Jackson resource management in codecs 
Prior to this commit, references to `JsonGenerator` and
`ByteArrayBuilder` were not closed/released within codecs calls.
This prevents Jackson from reusing more efficiently shared memory
resources.

This commit properly closes/releases Jackson resources in Spring MVC,
Spring WebFlux and Spring Messaging codecs.
A benchmark on WebFlux codecs (in both single value/streaming mode)
shows significant throughput and allocation improvements for small
payloads.

973ee9b852 (Re)introduce DefaultMultipartMessageReader 
This commit introduces the DefaultMultipartMessageReader, a fully
reactive multipart parser without third party dependencies.

An earlier version of this code was introduced in fb642ce, but removed
again in 77c24aa because of buffering issues.

dc1926a861 Moved BodyExtractor and BodyInserter to http.codec 
This commit moves the web.reactive.function.[BodyInserter|BodyExtractor]
to http.codec, so that they can be used from the client as well.

Furthermore, it parameterized both inserter and extractor over
ReactiveHttpOutputMessage and ReactiveHttpInputMessage respectively, so
that they can be limited to only be used on the client or server.

c7bd3b8440 Support HTTP range requests in Controllers 
Prior to this commit, HTTP Range requests were only supported by the
ResourceHttpRequestHandler when serving static resources.

This commit improves the ResourceHttpMessageConverter that
now supports partial writes of Resources.
For this, the `HttpEntityMethodProcessor` and
`RequestResponseBodyMethodProcessor` now wrap resources with HTTP
range information in a `HttpRangeResource`, if necessary. The
message converter handle those types and knows how to handle partial
writes.

Controller methods can now handle Range requests for
return types that extend Resource or HttpEntity:

    @RequestMapping("/example/video.mp4")
    public Resource handler() { }

    @RequestMapping("/example/video.mp4")
    public HttpEntity<Resource> handler() { }

4cd818b9e4 Harmonize log configuration 
Prior to this commit, the codebase was using a mix of log4j.xml
and log4j.properties for test-related logging configuration. This
can be an issue as log4j takes the xml variant first when looking
for a default bootstrap configuration.

In practice, some modules declaring the properties variant were
taking the xml variant configuration from another module.

The general structure of the configuration has also been
harmonized to provide a standard console output as well as an
easy way to enable trace logs for the current module.

42b5d6dd7e Remove duplicate test classes 
Prior to this commit many test utility classes and sample beans were
duplicated across projects. This was previously necessary due to the
fact that dependent test sources were not shared during a gradle
build. Since the introduction of the 'test-source-set-dependencies'
gradle plugin this is no longer the case.

This commit attempts to remove as much duplicate code as possible,
co-locating test utilities and beans in the most suitable project.
For example, test beans are now located in the 'spring-beans'
project.

Some of the duplicated code had started to drift apart when
modifications made in one project where not ported to others. All
changes have now been consolidated and when necessary existing tests
have been refactored to account for the differences.

02a4473c62 Rename modules {org.springframework.*=>spring-*} 
This renaming more intuitively expresses the relationship between
subprojects and the JAR artifacts they produce.

Tracking history across these renames is possible, but it requires
use of the --follow flag to `git log`, for example

    $ git log spring-aop/src/main/java/org/springframework/aop/Advisor.java

will show history up until the renaming event, where

    $ git log --follow spring-aop/src/main/java/org/springframework/aop/Advisor.java

will show history for all changes to the file, before and after the
renaming.
