This commit improves FreeMarkerConfigurerTests in spring-webmvc by
testing against FreeMarkerConfigurer instead of
FreeMarkerConfigurationFactoryBean and moves the original
FreeMarkerConfigurationFactoryBeanTests to spring-context-support in
the org.springframework.ui.freemarker package.
