This commit updates ServletServerHttpResponse.ServletResponseHttpHeaders
in order to use ServletResponse#getContentType instead of
ServletResponse#getHeader.
It allows to have a consistent behavior between Tomcat (which sets only
the former) and Undertow/Jetty (which set both).
