increment the metaDepth when recursively searching within the
meta-annotation hierarchy.
- Redesigned getMetaAnnotationTypes() so that it doesn't needlessly
search irrelevant annotations.
- Documented and tested hasMetaAnnotationTypes().
- Documented isAnnotated().
