Arjen Poutsma f0a43e5d5c Drop JAF dependency from MediaTypeFactory 
This commit drops the Java Activation Framework dependency from the
MediaTypeFactory, in favor of parsing our own `mime.types` file, which
was obtained from Apache HTTPD.
