Rossen Stoyanchev ddf107f8b1 WebInput minor refactoring ...

Use getters so the base RequestInput is usable for JSON serialization,
e.g. for the testing support.

Remove WebSocketMessageInput which only had an extra requestId and
add that to WebInput instead.
