Spring Operator	69431f3a4f	#868 - URL Cleanup. This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Greg Turnquist	456507b387	#769 - Backport Concourse CI support to 0.25.x. Introduces pipeline that replaces the Bamboo Spring HATEOAS one which builds on master branch and deploys to artifactory.
