* Move Spring MVC method scanning out of the core Affordances API and into SpringMvcAffordanceBuilder to make it easy to use in Spring Data REST (where method scanning isn't needed).

* Certain serializers must be registered differently due to Jackson's rules of precedence given Spring Data REST needs to override them.
In HAL-based documents (HAL and HAL-FORMS), the "templated" property must be ignored in LinkMixin, because that's where it is applied. Removes the need for a no-op `setTemplated` method in Link.
* Test cases drafted for both HAL an HAL-FORMS to verify proper behavior.
* Jackson2HalFormsIntegrationTest migrated from Hamcrest to AssertJ assertions.

By removing all Jaxb annotations, requesting data from a hypermedia-enabled endpoint inside a browser (which defaults to accept:application/xhtml+xml,*/*), Spring HATEOAS will yield HAL.
We now avoid to register ObjectMapper instances as Spring beans and rather use one already existing in the ApplicationContext and copying the setup before registering the individual HttpMessageConverters for the individual media types.
Replaced a lot of the programmatic component setup via BeanDefinitions with their corresponding JavaConfig alternatives.
Removed obsolete media type specific HttpMessageConverters and configuration classes registering them.
Introduce support for media type application/vnd.collection+json. Collection+JSON doesn't allow metadata at the top, so paging data can't be covered, however, everything else fits.
Also moved a little bit more into Affordance and SpringMvcAffordance to avoid using Spring MVC annotations directly in a given mediatype's AffordanceModel.
Refactored bits of HAL-FORMS to reuse the new PropertyUtils, ensuring Jackson ignore annotations are taken into consideration. Also added MockMVC tests to show HAL-FORMS and Collection+JSON working together, against the same controller.
Moved AffordanceModelFactory into core package as it's SPI. Switched to Spring Factories lookup of implementation classes so that we avoid a package dependency between the MVC package and the media type specific packages. Removed reference to MediaType from AffordanceModelFactory to AffordanceModel so that a factory can even provide models for different MediaTypes (i.e. different flavors of the same one, e.g. HAL Forms for JSON and XML). Also removed addAffordanceModel(…) from Affordance to not force the implementations into mutability. Made most of the affordance building API types package protected. HalFormsAffordanceModel now uses MethodParameters abstraction to simplify model parsing code.
Tweaked HAL forms model to work with factory methods for required properties and wither methods to add optional properties. Tweaked and inlined mixin types in Jackson module for HAL forms.
Slight API polishing on Link to make sure Affordance collecting methods are not named with….
Tweaked Lombok setup to use all caps for logger constants. Removed deprecation warnings in Jackson2HalModule.

Moved RenderSingleLinks enum into HalConfiguration. Simplified HalConfiguration setup by moving the default into the class. The lookup of a user-provided HalConfiguration is now handled on the bean name level to avoid premature initialization of a potentially defined bean. Formatting.

We now expose HalConfiguration to be defined as Spring bean in user configuration to control certain aspects of the HAL rendering. Initially we allow to control whether links shall always be rendered as collection. If no user-provided bean is available, we register a default instance.

The HalHandlerInstantiator now accepts an AutowireCapableBeanFactory to delegate component creation requests to for non pre-build serializers. This allows other serializers to benefit from Spring instantiation but at the same time use the dedicated serializers created as singletons.
Changed invocations of constructors of the super class in Jackson Serializers to use JavaType instead of Class<?> as the constructor has been removed in some of the base classes in Jackson 2.7.
Upgraded to Jackson 2.5.5 along the way.
DefaultCurieProvider now automatically adds the application URI (servlet mapping) in case the UriTemplate configured does not contain an absolute URI in the first place.
Re-introduced the simple isEmpty(…) methods in custom Jackson serializers as the more complex ones were introduced in Jackson 2.5 only. Removed the @Override annotations so that we could even compile against 2.4 if needed.
HalLinkListSerializer now tries to obtain a link title by looking up key _links.$rel.title for both the namespaced (curied) and local link relation if the former doesn't resolve into a message.
The curie rendering has been improved in the following ways:
- Resources now get their embeds inspected for namespaced keys and curies are added if at least one is found. This makes sure curies are also rendered if no namespaced link is registered.
- Nested resources skip curies entirely, assuming they have been added to the root correctly.
Had to change the order of _embedded and _links to make sure the embedded elements are processed first to tweak the links to indicate the need for curies.
DefaultCurieProvider now also takes a Map<String, UriTemplate> to expose multiple curies. The default curie to be used to expand unprefixed, non-IANA link relations has to be defined explicitly in case more than one curie is if given. If there's only one, that becomes the default, too.
Added missing override for isEmpty(…) that gets used by Jackson 2.6+ to prevent { templated : false } get rendered in HAL link representations.

Switched from overrides of the deprecated (and removed in 2.6) isEmpty(T) to isEmpty(SerializerProvider, T). Switched from deprecated @JsonSerialize(include = …) to the dedicated @JsonInclude annotation.
Relation names can be fully qualified URIs. HalLinkDiscoverer now quotes the relation name handed into the constructor so that the expression parsing works as expected.
EmbeddedWrappers.wrap(Object, String) now allows empty collections. Also a new emptyCollectionOfType(Class<?>) was introduced to allow the RelProvider kick in and dynamically resolve the lazily.
Added more details to the JavaDoc of EmbeddedWrapper to make clear that we either expect a static rel returned or a type to resolve the rel from. Make HalEmbeddedBuilder detect invalid implementations and reject them although that should never occur if users use EmbeddedWrappers factory.
We now provide a dedicated EmbeddedWrappers API that HalEmbeddedBuilder uses to transparently handle the collection enforcement etc. It also allow manually hand in EmbeddedWrapper instances to enforce a certain behavior independent of the global settings in HalEmbeddedBuilder.
Simplified HalResourcesSerializer in Jackson2Hal module as we now don't have to deploy custom serializers for the embedded elements anymore.

This change introduces a RelAware interface for objects to implement which want to enforce a particular rel to be used in the _embedded clause. This is useful if the objects being added are not categorized by type but rather by their role in the context of the main object.
To correctly resolve the rel for a proxied class we need to build up relation types for, HalEmbeddedBuilder now uses Spring's AopUtils.getTargetClass(), which will use the object's getTargetClass() method in case it implements TargetClassAware.
To get consistent representations rendered for single-item collections and multi-item collections, we now use an enforceEmbeddedCollections flag in the Jackson 2 HAL module. Adapted HalEmbeddedBuilder to respect that setting and exposed it via the HandlerInstantiator for user level customization.
Changed RelProvider.getSingleResourceRel(…) to getItemResourceRel(…).
Changed `getCurieInformation(…)` to receive a `Links` instance with the previously added links and is forced to return a collection of curies so that multiple ones can be resolved transparently.
Made Curie value class protected to be able to reuse it from extensions of DefaultCurieProvider. Switched to the custom HATEOAS UriTemplate instance instead of the standard Spring MVC one.
Polished JavaDoc of DefaultCurieProvider. Removed some of the deprecation warnings that were introduced by the upgrade to Jackson 2.3. Polished (read: reactivated) some test cases and slightly changed the internals of UriTemplate works. Added TemplateVariables.asList().
