Upgrade to Smack 4.1

Rework logic to the `XMPPConnection` interface

Refactoring for the `XmppConnectionFactoryBean` to extract `serviceName` from the `user`.

Remove redundant dependencies

Add `smack-java7` dependency and some other polishing after testing
