* Add Lightweight WebSocket Server Support
* Run WebSocketServerTests and open ws.html in a browser.
- Sending 'start' begins sending an incrementing # once per second.
- 'stop' stops the stream (leaving the socket open), 'start' resumes again.
- Test terminates after 60 seconds.
