To avoid race condition around `JmsTemplate` mock setup it is better to
have a `<int-jms:inbound-channel-adapter>` stopped by default.
We start it later in the test-case when all the environment is already
set
This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener).
