Deprecate TestUtils.dockerRegistryFromEnv()

The Testcontainers rely on the `TESTCONTAINERS_HUB_IMAGE_NAME_PREFIX` ENV var
and build proper image name automatically.

* Deprecate `TestUtils.dockerRegistryFromEnv()` and remove its usage in the project
