INT-4309 Http Header Mapper VarArgs Instead of []

More convenient for Java Config.

*Upgrade to Reactor 3.1 B-S, Reactor-Netty 0.7 B-S and Security 5.0 B-S.
Otherwise we are not compatible with the latest SF
