INT-3691 Add ZookeeperMetadataStore

JIRA: https://jira.spring.io/browse/INT-3691

- create new core interfaces `ListenableMetadataStore` and `MessageStoreListener`;
- create new module `spring-integration-zookeeper`;
- add `ZookeeperMetadataStore` implementation

Polishing
