Fix deprecations in test from SF
Related to https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-framework/issues/30013 The `WebHttpHandlerBuilder` customization with an `ObservationRegistry` doesn't add a `SERVER` trace as it was with deprecated `ServerHttpObservationFilter`
