INT-3156: Resolve deprecations according to SPR 4

* Resolve `@SuppressWarnings("deprecation")` for HTTP, JDBC modules
* Remove `ParameterizedTypeReference`
* Add `@SuppressWarnings("deprecation")` to `HttpRequestHandlingEndpointSupport`
for `MappingJacksonHttpMessageConverter`
