The default timeout for requests and replies in the integration endpoints
is 30 seconds to avoid indefinite blocking in threads.
Sometime those 30 seconds is not enough.
* Introduce a `spring.integration.endpoints.defaultTimeout` global property
to allow overriding all the timeouts to desired value.
The negative number indicates an indefinite waiting time: similar to what
was there before introducing 30 seconds by default

The `spring.integration.properties` can come with the `noAutoStartup`
property where we can specify a source polling channel adapter endpoint to
not start automatically.
Turns out the `SourcePollingChannelAdapterFactoryBean` propagates its
`autoStartup` property unconditionally which will skip the `noAutoStartup` value
because an `AbstractEndpoint.setAutoStartup()` sets an `autoStartupSetExplicitly` state
* Fix `SourcePollingChannelAdapterFactoryBean` to rely on a `Boolean` object state
and don't call target endpoint `setAutoStartup()` if it was not set
* Adjust `spring.integration.properties` in tests to use `noAutoStartup`
for some `SourcePollingChannelAdapterFactoryBean`

To let to disable autoStartup for particular endpoint bean globally,
in one place, add `spring.integration.endpoints.noAutoStartup`
to the `spring.integration.properties`
So, now all the `AbstractEndpoint` checks that property for matching its
bean name to configure `autoStartup` property to `false`

When we declare our components via `@Bean` (or `<bean>`) the requirements for
the `@Component` (`@MessageEndpoint`) looks redundant and sometimes even dangerous,
when we use `@ComponentScan`, too.
