Several FactoryBeans did not propagate the BeanFactory
to their created object(s). Beans that create messages
must have access to a bean factory to get the
message builder factory.
Fix the FactoryBeans and add a mock FB to all tests that
need one.
Add a runtime environment variable to make any infractions
fatal. This should be set to `true` on CI builds and on
framework developer environments.

Previously, if you wanted to have a JMS outbound-channel-adapter
participate in an upstream JMS transaction (or use transactions
at all), you had to inject a `JmsTemplate` with `sessionTransacted`
set to `true`.
The `session-transacted` attribute has been added to the adapter,
allowing transactions to be used with the default `JmsTemplate`,
avoiding the need to inject a separate template.
Also, the inbound (polled) channel adapter incorrectly allowed
the `acknowledge` attribute to be set to `transacted` which is invalid and,
again, you had to inject an appropriately configured JmsTemplate
for transactions.
The inbound-channel-adapter now supports `session-transacted` as
well, and `acknowledge` can no longer be set to `transacted`.
There are no changes to the `message-driven-channel-adapter`, you
enable transactions with it by setting `acknowledge="transacted"`
as before.

Previously, when `requires-reply="false"` on a `<jms:outbound-gateway/>`
a `null` reply caused a `MessageTimeoutException`, instead of quiet ending of flow.
When `MHE` was moved to spring-messaging, 2 constructors were
dropped. INT-3246 worked around it but it had undesirable
side-effects. Constructors have been added back in
spring-messaging so this commit reverts to using those
constructors.

The internal BridgeHandler in MessagingGatewaySupport did not have
a channel resolver. When a reply was explicitly routed to the gateway's
reply channel, the String representation of the reply channel could
not be resolved to a channel.
Set the BeanFactory on the bridge handler.
Add tests.

The JMS inbound gateway and ContentEnricher instantiate a
MessagingGatewaySupport internally it does not get a
reference to the BeanFactory. This means that the internal
BridgeHandler cannot resolve the String representation of
the reply channel to a channel.
Make ChannelPublishingJmsMessageListener BeanFactory aware, and
propagate the bean factory to the MGS.
Set the MGS bean factory in the ContentEnricher (which is already
BFA).

onInit() relied on subclasses calling super.onInit() to apply the
advice chain and add the BeanFactory to the MessagingTemplate.
At least one extension (smpp) failed to do this, disabling these features.
Make onInit() final and call doInit() for subclass initialization (no-op in ARPMH).

This commit updates Spring Integration to depend upon Spring 4, making
use of the message types that have moved from Spring Integration into
Spring's new spring-messaging module.
The default message converter no longer supports conversion of a
message that is null, throwing an IllegalArgumentException if an
attempt is made to convert null. Furthermore, GenericMessagingTemplate
does not support sending null, again throwing an
IllegalArgumentException. Previously, MessagingTemplate had no-oped an
attempt to send null.
ConcurrentAggregatorTests and AggregatorTests both had a single test
that was specifically testing the behaviour of an aggregator that
returns null for its message. These tests have been removed.
CorrelatingMessageHandlerTests have been updated to specify some
additional behaviour for its mocks so that null messages are not
returned.
These are the only functional changes that have been made. All other
changes are simply for moving to the repackaged and/or renamed types.
In the move to being part of core Spring, a number of constants and
header accessor methods have moved from MessageHeaders to
MessageHeaderAccessor. This commit continues this pattern for
the enterprise integration headers that are specific to Spring
Integration. A new class, EiMessageHeaderAccessor, has been created.
This class provides constants and methods for working with SI-specific
headers. The main code and tests have been updated to use this new
class.
Add a `@Rule` to skip long-runing tests during normal builds.
Add the rule to long-running tests in gemfire, ip, jms, jmx.
Add an environment variable `RUN_LONG_INTEGRATION_TESTS`; when set
to true, all tests are run.

Remove parser provider and make parsers public.
The JmsOutboundGateway's Listener container could throw
an NPE during connection recovery - while logging recovery
status.
The log attempts to include the destination description which
throws the NPE if there is no destination yet established.
Only attempt to get the description if the destination has
been established. And, even then, use a try/catch block
to prevent the NPE. Log the destination as 'null' in this
case.
Add a test case to detect the NPE by adding an ErrorHandlingTaskExecutor.
No errors should be detected with the fix in place.
JMS Outbound Gateway did not allow the specification of
a task executor on the <reply-listener/> element.
This could prevent the gateway being used with a
listener in a JEE container.
Allow setting a task-executor.
Add a bean name to the reply listener container so
that a default TE will create suitably named threads.

The default 5 second timeout is insufficient in some cases
for the larger volume tests. In most cases, increase to
10 seconds; in some cases to 30 seconds.
Also, add code to keep the ActiveMQ VMTransport running for
the entire test class (by keeping a connection open).
Avoids cycling the broker, which can cause other issues.
Also close the context in a finally block in PipeLineJmsTests.
Clean up some whitespace violations in config files.
This, together with the try/finally block makes the commit
look bigger than it really is; suggest using 'git log -p -b'
to review.
