MimeMessages are copied to eagerly fetch IMAP messages, this process loses
the `receivedDate` property.
Keep a reference to the source Message and delegate to its `receiveDate()`.

Previously there were a lot of noise from the `PostProcessorRegistrationDelegate$BeanPostProcessorChecker` for early access for beans.
That may produce some side-effects when some of `BeanFactoryPostProcessor`s won't adjust those beans.
The issue is based on two facts:
1. Loading beans from `BPP`, e.g. `IntegrationEvaluationContextAwareBeanPostProcessor` (or `ChannelSecurityInterceptorBeanPostProcessor` - https://jira.spring.io/browse/INT-3663)
2. Loading beans from `setBeanFactory()/setApplicationContext()` container methods
* Move all code from `setBeanFactory()` with access to the `BeanFactory` (e.g. `this.messageBuilderFactory = IntegrationUtils.getMessageBuilderFactory(this.beanFactory);`)
to some other lazy-load methods like `getMessageBuilderFactory()`
* Fix parser tests to remove `messageBuilderFactory` tests since there is no activity for target components to lazy-load them
* Polish some test according the new lazy-load logic
* Rework `IntegrationEvaluationContextAwareBeanPostProcessor` to the `SmartInitializingSingleton` and make it `Ordered`
* Populate `beanFactory` for the internal instance of `connectionFactory` in the `TcpSyslogReceivingChannelAdapter`
* Populate `beanFactory` for the internal `UnicastReceivingChannelAdapter` in the `UdpSyslogReceivingChannelAdapter`
* Add `log.info` that `UdpSyslogReceivingChannelAdapter` overrides `outputChannel` for the provided `UnicastReceivingChannelAdapter`
* Change the internal `MessageChannel` in the `UdpSyslogReceivingChannelAdapter` to the `FixedSubscriberChannel` for better performance
* Fix `AbstractExpressionEvaluator`
* Add JavaDocs for the `IntegrationEvaluationContextAware`
Fix `MongoDbMessageStoreClaimCheckIntegrationTests`

JIRA: https://jira.spring.io/browse/INT-3501
There were several problems:
When a `Folder` is open, an activity on the `Store` opens a new
connection.
The `PingTask` called `isConnected()` on the store, creating a new
connection. The pings (NOOPs) were performed on this connection and
therefore did NOT cancel the `IDLE`.
In any case, the `IDLE` was issued on the folder not the store and
the only way to cancel that IDLE is to cause its `waitIfIdle()` to
be invoked. Conveniently, simply calling `isOpen()` invokes that
method and cancels the IDLE.
Finally, the `SimpleMessageCountListener` unnecessarily invoked
`message.getLineCount()` when a simple `folder.isOpen()` is
sufficient.
Fixes:
1. Do not invoke `openSession` if `this.folder` is not null.
2. Change the `PingTask` to simply invoke `isOpen()`.
3. Move the `PingTask to the receiver for a more efficient algorithm
instead of running on fixed interval. Rename it `IdleCanceler`.
4. Increase the PING timer from 10 to 120 seconds; add setters for it
and the `reconnectionDelay`.
TODO: Namespace support for 4.1. (Not to be back ported).
Add a test IMAP server (ported from Java DSL and enhanced to simulate IDLE
with a new message arriving for the first idle period.

This commit updates Spring Integration to depend upon Spring 4, making
use of the message types that have moved from Spring Integration into
Spring's new spring-messaging module.
The default message converter no longer supports conversion of a
message that is null, throwing an IllegalArgumentException if an
attempt is made to convert null. Furthermore, GenericMessagingTemplate
does not support sending null, again throwing an
IllegalArgumentException. Previously, MessagingTemplate had no-oped an
attempt to send null.
ConcurrentAggregatorTests and AggregatorTests both had a single test
that was specifically testing the behaviour of an aggregator that
returns null for its message. These tests have been removed.
CorrelatingMessageHandlerTests have been updated to specify some
additional behaviour for its mocks so that null messages are not
returned.
These are the only functional changes that have been made. All other
changes are simply for moving to the repackaged and/or renamed types.
In the move to being part of core Spring, a number of constants and
header accessor methods have moved from MessageHeaders to
MessageHeaderAccessor. This commit continues this pattern for
the enterprise integration headers that are specific to Spring
Integration. A new class, EiMessageHeaderAccessor, has been created.
This class provides constants and methods for working with SI-specific
headers. The main code and tests have been updated to use this new
class.

- Reformat schemas where indentation changed
- Add SLC to the UDP inbound adapter
There were several "helper" classes where the context was initialized
in the constructor, before the BeanFactory was passed in.
Generally fixed by adding the BeanFactory to the constructor args.
Other cases where the container-managed bean instantiated a helper
and never passed in the BeanFactory.
Finally, a fix to ExpressionUtils where the caller had a BeanFactory
but the BF did not contain an EvaluationContext factory bean, the
BeanResolver was not set up. This is unlikely in a Spring Integration
application, but added for completeness.
INT-3115 Add a BeanFactory to Test Cases
Change the WARN log in ExpressionUtils to a fatal exception to detect
cases where an EvaluationContext was created without a BeanFactory.
While this was generally in test cases, it also exposed some cases
in code where the context was initialized without a BF.

Copy schemas, cleanup whitespace, update spring.schemas files,
update version in AbstractIntegrationNamespaceHandler.
For each schema compared the 2.2 version with the 3.0 version
(diff -w), ensuring the only difference is the import of
3.0 schemas (where appropriate) instead of 2.2.
In many cases IDEs import into test configs Namespace-resources
with hardcoded versions of Spring & Spring Integration XSDs.
This may produce build issues with different Spring versions.
It also causes an issue during the transition to a new Spring Integration version (e.g. 3.0).

* Add to 'test' task dependency on new task 'checkTestConfigs'

The default executor for sending messages from the IMAP IDLE
channel adapter is a single threaded thread pool.
If the default executor is used (no executor injected), shut
it down when the adapter is stopped.

If using the default sendingTaskExecutor, create a new one
when restarted.
Add test to restart adapter after stop.
INT-2820 Polishing
Review comments; protect for null sendingTaskExecutor.
Previously, if an IMAP server supports IDLE, but not
RECENT, no existing messages were retrieved until a new
message arrived.
INT-2821 Polishing - Fix Race Condition
Use searchForMessages() when server doesn't support RECENT.
Simply skipping the first idle() doesn't work
because receive() closes the folder, there was a race condition
where a new message could arrive between the previous receive()
and folder.open() in waitForMessages().
Updated mock test so that first call to waitForMessages() finds
messages and does not idle(), and subsequent calls does not
find messages and goes to idle().
Also tested in the debugger against gmail which (at the time of
writing) does not support RECENT.
