The `IntegrationRegistrar` populates beans into the application context
too early and when the `allowBeanDefinitionsOverride` is disabled we

beans are applied later.

application from the `IntegrationRegistrar` into the
`DefaultConfiguringBeanFactoryPostProcessor`
