When `MHE` was moved to spring-messaging, 2 constructors were
dropped. INT-3246 worked around it but it had undesirable
side-effects. Constructors have been added back in
spring-messaging so this commit reverts to using those
constructors.

Allows reply channel resolution after a message has been serialized
somewhere in a flow. Previously, the reply channel was lost.
With this change, the reply channel can be registered and the header
becomes a string (channel name) that can be serialized.

INT-2269 Rename Registry to HeaderChannelRegistry
- Extract interface
- DefaultHeaderChannelRgistry

- Add errorChannel registration as well.
INT-2269 HeaderChannelRegistry - Fix
The internal BridgeHandler in MessagingGatewaySupport did not have
a channel resolver. When a reply was explicitly routed to the gateway's
reply channel, the String representation of the reply channel could
not be resolved to a channel.
Set the BeanFactory on the bridge handler.
Add tests.
INT-2269 HeaderChannelRegistry - Fix JMS/Enricher
The JMS inbound gateway and ContentEnricher instantiate a
MessagingGatewaySupport internally it does not get a
reference to the BeanFactory. This means that the internal
BridgeHandler cannot resolve the String representation of
the reply channel to a channel.
Make ChannelPublishingJmsMessageListener BeanFactory aware, and
propagate the bean factory to the MGS.
Set the MGS bean factory in the ContentEnricher (which is already
BFA).

onInit() relied on subclasses calling super.onInit() to apply the
advice chain and add the BeanFactory to the MessagingTemplate.
At least one extension (smpp) failed to do this, disabling these features.
Make onInit() final and call doInit() for subclass initialization (no-op in ARPMH).
INT-2961 Polishing
- do not increase visibility of doInit in subclasses.
- remove final modifiers from doInit so user subclasses can participate in initialization if needed.
This commit updates Spring Integration to depend upon Spring 4, making
use of the message types that have moved from Spring Integration into
Spring's new spring-messaging module.
The default message converter no longer supports conversion of a
message that is null, throwing an IllegalArgumentException if an
attempt is made to convert null. Furthermore, GenericMessagingTemplate
does not support sending null, again throwing an
IllegalArgumentException. Previously, MessagingTemplate had no-oped an
attempt to send null.
ConcurrentAggregatorTests and AggregatorTests both had a single test
that was specifically testing the behaviour of an aggregator that
returns null for its message. These tests have been removed.
CorrelatingMessageHandlerTests have been updated to specify some
additional behaviour for its mocks so that null messages are not
returned.
These are the only functional changes that have been made. All other
changes are simply for moving to the repackaged and/or renamed types.
In the move to being part of core Spring, a number of constants and
header accessor methods have moved from MessageHeaders to
MessageHeaderAccessor. This commit continues this pattern for
the enterprise integration headers that are specific to Spring
Integration. A new class, EiMessageHeaderAccessor, has been created.
This class provides constants and methods for working with SI-specific
headers. The main code and tests have been updated to use this new
class.
Add a `@Rule` to skip long-runing tests during normal builds.
Add the rule to long-running tests in gemfire, ip, jms, jmx.
Add an environment variable `RUN_LONG_INTEGRATION_TESTS`; when set
to true, all tests are run.
Set the environment variable to true on all nightly builds.

The JmsOutboundGateway's Listener container could throw
an NPE during connection recovery - while logging recovery
status.
The log attempts to include the destination description which
throws the NPE if there is no destination yet established.
Only attempt to get the description if the destination has
been established. And, even then, use a try/catch block
to prevent the NPE. Log the destination as 'null' in this
case.
Add a test case to detect the NPE by adding an ErrorHandlingTaskExecutor.
No errors should be detected with the fix in place.
JMS Outbound Gateway did not allow the specification of
a task executor on the <reply-listener/> element.
This could prevent the gateway being used with a
listener in a JEE container.
Allow setting a task-executor.
Add a bean name to the reply listener container so
that a default TE will create suitably named threads.

The default 5 second timeout is insufficient in some cases
for the larger volume tests. In most cases, increase to
10 seconds; in some cases to 30 seconds.
Also, add code to keep the ActiveMQ VMTransport running for
the entire test class (by keeping a connection open).
Avoids cycling the broker, which can cause other issues.
Also close the context in a finally block in PipeLineJmsTests.
Clean up some whitespace violations in config files.
This, together with the try/finally block makes the commit
look bigger than it really is; suggest using 'git log -p -b'

delivery-mode was deprecated (in favor of delivery-persistent)
in 2.0. Remove attribute from schema and parser.
Unfortunately, the setter on the gateway was never deprecated
so there is a possibility someone is using it programmatically,
with no knowledge that it is going away.
Deprecated the setter.
Also, added schema documentation for several attributes where
no documentation was provided.
Currently supports destination and destination name.
* Add support for replyDestinationExpression.
* Add Docs for JMS Outbound Gateway Attributes.
* Change method name for consistency.
Copy schemas, cleanup whitespace, update spring.schemas files,
update version in AbstractIntegrationNamespaceHandler.
For each schema compared the 2.2 version with the 3.0 version
(diff -w), ensuring the only difference is the import of
3.0 schemas (where appropriate) instead of 2.2.
2.2.0 changed ObjectToJsonTransformr to add content-type to
simplify AMQP applications.
However, in a JMS environment, the DefaultJmsHeaderMapper attempted
to map (and failed) to map the header, emitting a warning log entry.
JMS does not allow '-' in property names.
Add code such that:
1. If the ObjectToJsonTransformer is configured to use a
content-type of an empty String (after trimming), suppress the
addition of the header to the output message. For consistency, if
the inbound message already has a content type header, and the transformer
is configured with an empty String, remove the header.
2. Change the DefaultJmsHeaderMapper to map the MessageHeaders.CONTENT_TYPE
header (content-type) to/from a JMS compliant property name (content_type).
INT-2874 PR Comments
Move constant to JmsHeaderMapper interface and rename.
Fix failing test (explicit set content-type to "").
INT-2874 Documentation Updates
Add docbook and schema documentation clarifying the behavior
of the transformer with respect to setting the `content-type`
header.
INT-2874 Polishing - Remove Header Removal
After further discussion, we decided to not remove an
existing header, if 'content-type' is set to "".
This is because there was no way to handle the case of
NOT adding a header when none present, while retaining a
header if it was already present.
added test for empty content-type attrib and no existing header (while merging)
In many cases IDEs import into test configs Namespace-resources
with hardcoded versions of Spring & Spring Integration XSDs.
This may produce build issues with different Spring versions.
It also causes an issue during the transition to a new Spring Integration version (e.g. 3.0).
* Add Gradle task 'checkTestConfigs' to check test configs for hardcoded resources' versions.
* Add to 'test' task dependency on new task 'checkTestConfigs'
* Fix hadrcoded versions in the test configs.

Add a subscriber limit on both unicast and publish-subscribe
channels. This permits detection of inadvertent channel wiring
during context initialization.
Also add a mechanism to globally set these defaults.
Two properties are added to ChannelInitializer. If the
'channelInitializer' bean is declared before a channel, and
these properties are set, it will globally override the
default (Integer.MAX_VALUE) for these properties.
For example:
<bean id="channelInitializer" class="org.springframework.integration.config.xml.ChannelInitializer">
<property name="autoCreate" value="true" />
<property name="defaultMaxUnicastSubscribers" value="1" />
<property name="defaultMaxMulticastSubscribers" value="2" />
</bean>
will make the default max-subscribers 1 and 2 for <channel/> and
<publish-subscribe/> channels respectively.
Also applies to module channels (jms, amqp, redis).
