Mark Fisher 405311d9b9 Refactored DefaultMessageDispatcher to delegate to MessageDistributor with logic previously in the DispatcherTask. The DispatcherTask is now an inner class of DefaultMessageDispatcher. Also added ChannelPurger (INT-105), MessageSelectingInterceptor (INT-98), and support for "datatype channels" (INT-99).
