* Use a `DefaultParameterNameDiscoverer` instead of deprecated `LocalVariableTableParameterNameDiscoverer`
* Fix assertion error message for `@Header` without `name` and with no `-parameters` compiler flag.
* Remove redundant repos for Gradle plugins
