Mark Fisher 0bd9ea9255 TargetEndpoint now returns false when one of its MessageSelectors rejects a Message rather than throwing an Exception. Added Source, BlockingSource, and BlockingTarget interfaces. MessageChannel now extends BlockingSource and BlockingTarget.
