* Add a `DirectoryScanner` setter named `setScanner` in
`AbstractInboundFileSynchronizingMessageSource` to set the
`FileReadingMessageSource`'s scanner.
* Add tests to `AbstractRemoteFileSynchronizerTests`.

Polish.

Updates xsd, tests and documentation.

Fix xsd formatting.

Addresses review comments.

* Some code style polishing
