Mark Fisher 8ffe575b1f INT-1300 MessagingTemplate now provides Channel-resolving send and receive methods (where the 'channelName' can be passed instead of a concrete MessageChannel instance). This temporarily introduces a tangle, but that will be removed in the subsequent refactoring to follow shortly.
