The `preserve-timestamp` attribute for the
`<int-file:outbound-channel-adapter>` has been missed for parsing in
the `FileWritingMessageHandlerBeanDefinitionBuilder` and propagation
in the `FileWritingMessageHandlerFactoryBean`
